Terms & Conditions

  • All prices are excluding VAT.
  • Pricing of work for any individual night shall be discussed and agreed prior to the event.
  • All entertainment will require a deposit of €100.00 to confirm your booking. All cancellations made before 31 days of the event will incur a €50.00 administration fee. All refunds will be provided via gift voucher. Any cancellations of entertainment within 30 days prior to event will result in a total loss of your deposit.
  • The remainder of the total balance must be paid 7 days prior to the event.
  • DJ’s & Bands will have arrived and be set up 20 minutes before their gig starts.
  • In the unlikely event of a DJ or Band being unable to turn up for work on any given night due to illness or bereavement etc., we will send a similar replacement DJ or Band for that night.
  • If you should have a problem with any of our DJ’s or Bands for whatever reason, we request that you would contact Paul Soul Entertainment and not the individual artist directly regarding the issue in question.
  • Paul Soul Entertainment has full public liability insurance and under our policy all of our DJ’s and Bands and any entertainment that is booked with us is covered under our policy.
  • Paul Soul Entertainment is fully tax and VAT compatible and can supply invoices.
  • Due to Covid-19 cancelations, Paul Soul Entertainment will offer refunds as gift vouchers which can be used on any of our services or products which are valid for five years.
