The Joshua Tree from Dublin are Ireland’s premier U2 tribute act. The band has set out to replicate the sound and feel of a live U2 concert in every performance. From equipment set-up, to vocals and stage presentation, The Joshua Tree create a live experience that includes songs ranging across the musical history of U2, from the earliest album Boy to the recent work No Line on the Horizon.

The band comprises Derek Power (Bono), Mick Kearns (The Edge), Stephen Forde (Larry Mullen Jr), and Brian Vaughan (Adam Clayton). The guys display incredible attention to detail in their individual roles and also as a band. They use equipment matching the specification of U2`s own kit to reproduce the distinctive sound and rhythm of a live U2 performance as closely as possible. Add in the attention to detail of style, vocals and stage presence and you have a show full of the energy, craft, versatility, and subtlety that makes The Joshua Tree the most authentic U2 tribute band of them all.

The Joshua Tree perform both in Ireland and across Europe for corporate, private and public appearances. Recent public performances include The Grenay Festival France, The Fuengirola International Fair Spain and Ireland’s renowned Puck Fair. The Joshua Tree performs both full and unplugged acoustic sets,playing an extensive selection of material from U2’s back catalogue.
